Wacky… But True, December 7th

While the tracking app on Richard Walker’s stolen phone didn’t help him get it back, he did get to see where it ended up. His iPhone went from England all the way to Senegal — 2,800 miles away. Posting an image of the tracking data on Twitter on Tuesday, Richard said: “My iPhone was stolen a couple weeks ago. Now it’s in a forest in Senegal.”

In London, England, police responded to a report of smoke coming from an apartment balcony. When police got there, they found a man grilling something. When they asked him what he was doing, he explained that he was barbecuing his laptop computer, which was too slow.

And Twitter user David Sanchez recently shared some photos of a frozen pizza topped with melted candy canes. Much as I love Christmas… that just seems a bit much.
