Voting Period Is Opening Soon

The Voting Period for the 2018 Municipal Election will be opening soon, and electors can expect to start receiving their Voter Information letter in the mail this week.

Collingwood residents will have the opportunity to cast a ballot for one Mayor, one Deputy Mayor, and up to seven Councillors for Collingwood Council, as well as a school board trustee. Voting will open at 10:00 a.m. on October 12 and will run until 8:00 p.m. on October 22, 2018.

It is also more convenient, more accessible, and better enables electors to exercise their right to vote, offers complete security and anonymity with results available quicker and with complete accuracy.
