Driver of Pontiac arrested and charged
On October 3, 2017 at 7:55 p.m., the Bruce Peninsula OPP received a report of a serious collision between a motorcycle and a Pontiac G6 on Highway 6 between Barrow Bay Road and Cemetery Road in Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula.
The motorcycle rider, 38-year-old Edward Chad Honneyman of Wiarton, was pronounced dead at the scene.
On December 5, 2017 Bruce Peninsula OPP arrested and charged the driver of the Pontiac from Northern Bruce Peninsula with the following.
- Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle Causing Death
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance
On December 6, 2017 the accused attended Court in Owen Sound for a bail hearing.
