NATIONAL CANADIAN FILM DAY Craigleith/ Collingwood
On Wednesday April 18th at 1pm, The Craigleith Heritage Depot is celebrating National Canadian Film Day with a FREE screening of the documentary King For A Day by Mountain Goat Film Company, happening at the Depot, 113 Lakeshore Rd East, The Blue Mountains
King For A Day is a documentary by local film makers who look into the Collingwood Elvis Festival phenomenon.

On Wednesday April 18th at 7pm, The Collingwood Public Library and Simcoe Street Theatre present the film Maudie for National Canadian Film Day, happening at the Simcoe Street Theatre, 65 Simcoe Street, Collingwood
Maudie is based on the true story of Nova Scotia Painter Maud Lewis, who overcame the physical challenge of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis to become one of Canada’s best-known and most loved folk artists.
Also showing will be My Travels in B.C., a 1915 short documentary
