NamasTEA Yoga And Tea Break

On Saturday January 20th from 10:30am, at the L.E. Shore Memorial Library, come and learn a few gentle yoga techniques from a local yoga instructor. Learn about the nature of yoga, how it can calm, and de-stress you.
Just $2 per person, bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing for 45 minutes of yoga followed by a 15 minute herbal tea break. Don’t forget your water.
