The OPP has identified a Collingwood woman whose October 4th death is being treated as suspicious, however they have still not released the causes.
On October 4, 2017, just before noon, Collingwood and The Blue Mountains OPP officers were called to a residence in Collingwood where a woman was reported deceased. The woman has been identified as Donna Walc, a 79-year old Collingwood resident.
A post-mortem examination was conducted October 5th at the Office of the Chief Coroner in Toronto. The OPP are continuing to investigate the incident and are taking the opportunity to remind all members of the public to be aware of their personal safety at all times.
