With the high temperatures still in the forecast, the following sites in Collingwood are available to the public as cooling centres during regular hours of operation.

Mon to Thurs 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
Fri 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sat 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Water fountains available

Centennial Aquatic Centre
451 Third Street
Mon to Fri 7:00 am – 8:30 pm
Sat 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sun 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Water fountains available

Central Park Arena
85 Paterson Street
Mon to Fri 6:30 am – 9:00 pm

Museum / Station
45 St. Paul’s Street
Mon to Thurs 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Fri CLOSED
Sat 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday CLOSED

Transit Terminal
Second Street & Pine Street
Mon to Fri 6:30 am – 9:00 pm
Sat 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sun 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Small cooling centre and water bottle refilling station.

The public can refill larger water containers at the Water Reservoir located at 11437 Highway 26 West. This is available 24/7.
